FoTOLuminiscente | Light in the city

From a glimpse of ideas for a urban lighting project in Toledo, the FoTOLuminiscente emerges as an innovative and sustainable way of lighting.Tajo's river enters into the city, lighting it up at night, when the water comes in contact with photoluminiscent particles, and spreads them out through the streets. Pointing the path, wandering along the floor in the streets, when the water reaches the squares, it  rises up with suspending panels, drawing the pedestrians silhouettes.
